"If this skill is "blocked", your target takes 22 damage and is knocked down. This skill cannot be "blocked" or "evaded"

That isn't the exact text, but it's close. Is the text wrong here? If this attack gets blocked, the target is knocked down, but it also says that it cannot be blocked.

It probably should read:

This skill cannot be blocked or evaded. If this skill were to have been blocked, your target takes 22 damage and is knocked down.

The random number generator rolling a block and actually being blocked aren't quite the same things. Make more sense?

That means that it doesn't recive the effects of block, but when it is blocked, it does extra stuff.
